SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED

Brianna Wiechman is an interpreter of omens and provides services only within the scope of the astrological profession. By scheduling a session, you are agreeing that the services of Brianna Wiechman (Claire Moon of Aligning Light Astrology) and Brianna Wiechman, Inc. are provided for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only. A reading is not intended to take the place of medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. She will refer clients to qualified professionals as necessary on a case-by-case basis.

AGE LIMITS

Sorry, we don’t serve minors or those under 18 years of age. We don’t have the training for that. By booking, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with the service I have provided, I want to make it right. Depending on what the client prefers, and if I have deemed it appropriate, a partial or total refund will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

Please inform me of cancellations or need to reschedule at least 24 hours before the time of our scheduled session. The confirmation email you received upon booking should have a link to cancel or reschedule, which is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will not be refunded. Clients may reschedule one time, and if the second scheduled appointment is missed, the client will forfeit their right to a refund.

LATE ARRIVALS

Any amount of time missed during consultation will not be made up for, unless I decide otherwise. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS

I have an open-door policy. Please feel free to reach out with follow up questions (within reason) after your appointment, to provide clarification or closure on anything discussed during the reading.

HARASSMENT

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Dr. Claire Moon has the right to refuse service at any time during the course of a consultation.
