REFUNDS
Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with the service I have provided, I want to make it right. Depending on what the client prefers and if I have deemed it appropriate, a partial or total refund will be provided. Total refunds may be slightly less than the original amount due to processing fees incurred by me, depending on the third-party processor.
I do not honor refunds if a parent schedules a session to read their adult child’s birth chart. I don’t honor client bait-and-switch done intentionally or not. See my response to the reading of children’s’ birth charts in the FAQ.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
Refunds do not happen automatically with cancellation. Please inform me of cancellations at least 24 hours before the time of our scheduled session. You can email me at aligninglightastro@gmail.com to let me know. No-shows will not automatically be refunded. Clients may reschedule one time, and if the second scheduled appointment is missed, the client will forfeit their right to a refund.
RESCHEDULING
The confirmation email you received upon booking has a link to cancel or change your appointment time, which is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show. If you can not find your confirmation email, send me an email at aligninglightastro@gmail.com.
LATE ARRIVALS
Any amount of time missed during consultation will not be made up for, unless I decide otherwise. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.
